This research is set to address the scant on relationship between key drivers and consequences of knowledge hiding within international entrepreneurial organisations at interpersonal level. It further aims compare behaviour among entrepreneurs in two diverse contexts emerging countries versus advanced economies. Therefore, this employs a total number ten Iran Italy takes advantage Multi-Criterion Decision-Making (MCDM) approach. In regard, DEcision-MAking Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method applied disentangle cause-effect components present conceptual frameworks for interrelationship factors each context.
